Canary Warf

Our Canary Wharf restaurant was shaped by contrast — where refinement meets rawness, and theatricality is grounded by restraint. Organised around a dramatic central bar and fluid, organic circulation, the layout allows the space to shift between everyday dining and performance-led moments

We juxtaposed polished metals, glass and aged zinc with rustic timber, bronze patina and textured finishes to create a layered material dialogue. Curved banquettes in rich green and burgundy velvets wrap around marble-topped tables, while leather bar stools and tailored joinery introduce structure against more expressive forms.

A confident palette of saturated reds and greens is softened by oak tones, antique brass and tactile fabrics, creating depth without excess.

In the private dining room, green drapery, leafy wall panels and lacquered red detailing heighten the sense of intimacy. The result is a cinematic, immersive dining environment — bold in character, rich in texture and designed to reveal itself gradually.
