This project involved the sensitive redesign of a Georgian townhouse in Clerkenwell, transforming the property into a warm and characterful home for our client. The brief was to shift the house away from its previous work-from-home setup and create a space centred around comfort, entertaining and everyday living.

Working with the building’s existing architecture, we reinstated traditional detailing and introduced a series of carefully considered interventions to bring cohesion to the interiors. Bespoke joinery, layered materials and a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture were used to create spaces that feel both relaxed and refined.

A rich yet balanced palette runs throughout the home, pairing earthy tones with tactile fabrics and natural materials to bring warmth and depth to the interiors. The result is a home that feels personal, inviting and quietly timeless, while remaining respectful of the townhouse’s Georgian heritage.
