A 15-month full renovation transformed this substantial Georgian house in St John’s Wood into a refined and comfortable family home. Working across six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a series of generous living spaces - including a kitchen, utility, dining room, conservatory, reception rooms, library, study and staff quarters - the project rebalanced the property to better suit modern family life.

Our approach focused on reinstating a sense of heritage throughout the building, carefully introducing architectural detailing that felt true to the Georgian fabric while remaining quietly contemporary. Bespoke joinery, considered proportions and a restrained palette bring warmth and cohesion to the interiors, creating a home that feels both timeless and deeply personal to the family who live there.
